Someone should be available at the start and end of the appointment to hand over your dog and receive them, but you don't need to stay outside the whole time. We'll let you know when we're finishing up.
We recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for first appointments and weekend slots. For urgent grooming needs, give us a call — we'll do our best to accommodate you.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. We understand things come up — just please give us a call so we can adjust our route.
Pricing
Prices start at $105 for a Bath & Mini Groom and from $125 for a Full Groom. Final price depends on your dog's size and coat type. We always provide a clear quote before starting — no hidden fees, ever.
Doodles and double-coat breeds (Huskies, Aussies, Goldens) require specialized techniques, significantly more time, and specific products to groom properly and safely. The additional cost reflects the extra care your dog's coat deserves.
There are no travel fees within our standard service area (Williamson & Travis County). Contact us if you're outside the area to discuss any possible options or travel rates.
Services
We bring a fully-equipped Poppy Paws grooming van directly to your home or preferred location. Your dog gets a private, one-on-one appointment — no cages, no other dogs, no waiting. We handle everything; you just open the door.
Most appointments run 1.5–3 hours depending on your dog's size, coat type, and the requested service. We never rush — your dog gets all the time they need.
Yes — for most anxious dogs, mobile grooming is significantly less stressful. There are no other dogs, no kennel smells, and no loud salon environment. Your dog gets our full, calm attention in a familiar setting.
We use premium, pet-safe, hypoallergenic products. If your dog has known allergies or skin sensitivities, please let us know when booking and we'll accommodate accordingly.
Currently, we specialize exclusively in dog grooming to ensure the highest quality experience and a stress-free environment for every canine client.
It's a gentle cosmetic teeth cleaning performed while your dog is awake and comfortable. We remove surface plaque and tartar without any sedation. This service does not replace veterinary dental care, but is a great way to maintain your dog's oral hygiene.

Absolutely! Our van is fully self-contained and doesn't require water or electricity from your home. We can service any residential location with adequate parking for our van.
